RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support ESG-related workstreams with respect to pitching, preparation, and execution of private and public equity capital raises for clients in the Americas.
  • Advise clients on ESG positioning and its integration across offering documents and other marketing materials.
  • Support investor targeting by identifying and engaging ESG-focused accounts.
  • Partner with Fixed Income and Equity Syndicate and Sales teams to collect investor feedback, respond investor questions on transactions, facilitate client engagement with investors, and maintain clients and internal stakeholders up to date on the latest ESG market trends.
  • Report on regulatory and disclosure requirements effecting the industry.
  • Create industry dive dives on clean technology, technology innovation and sustainability mega trends.
  • Perform peer gap analysis by industry and identity best in class case studies.
  • Supporting deal origination and execution activity for M&A, strategic corporate finance advisory, and capital markets activities including initial public offerings, mandatory convertibles and exchangeable debt offerings, recapitalizations, fixed income, and private placements.
  • Advising clients on positioning across confidential information memorandums and offering documents.
  • Preparing client presentation materials, internal approval memos, and marketing documents including roadshow materials, confidential information memorandums, and rating agency presentations to execute transactions.
  • Conducting indepth due diligence analyses to identify key risks and opportunities, including business mix, margins, international operations, business plan analysis, environmental and social risk, and governance frameworks.
  • Analyzing key market trends, developments and regulatory updates to provide market updates.
  • Conducting market analyses and utilizing Bloomberg, Morningstar and MSCI to extract actionable insights from extensive datasets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Sustainable Development, Finance, Economics, or related: and
  • 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.
  • Must include 2 years of experience in each of the following:
  • Supporting deal origination and execution activity for M&A, strategic corporate finance advisory, and capital markets activities including initial public offerings, mandatory convertibles and exchangeable debt offerings, recapitalizations, fixed income, and private placements;
  • Advising clients on positioning across confidential information memorandums and offering documents;
  • Preparing client presentation materials, internal approval memos, and marketing documents including roadshow materials, confidential information memorandums, and rating agency presentations to execute transactions;
  • Conducting in-depth due diligence analyses to identify key risks and opportunities, including: business mix, margins, international operations, business plan analysis, environmental and social risk, and governance frameworks;
  • Analyzing key market trends, developments and regulatory updates to provide market updates; and
  • Conducting market analyses and utilizing Bloomberg, Morningstar and MSCI to extract actionable insights from extensive datasets
  • 10% domestic travel, as necessary.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$225,000.00 - $235,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
