Job Description:

The Advanced Client Solutions Sales Contact Center focuses on deepening client relationships through exceptional service, understanding of client's needs, and delivery of relevant products / solutions. The ACS Sales Contact Centers are critical to the strategy of engaging our clients and deepening the relationship across the full breadth of products, solutions and self-service options offered by Bank of America.

The Sales team works with clients to better understand their financial goals, educates them on product options and helps fulfill them or refer them to appropriate internal partners over the phone, through digital capabilities or at local Financial Centers. The team also works with the clients to ensure that they are deriving maximum benefits from the Preferred Rewards and other programs offered by Bank of America. The Sales Contact Centers have over 2,200 sales associates across 13 sites and 16 financial centers in Rhode Island, Maine, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Texas, Arizona, Florida, California, Illinois, Maryland, New Mexico and Massachusetts.

The Advanced Client Solutions Contact Center Sales Site Leader will be responsible for leading a sales team within a site. Specifically:

  • Deliver on sales and productivity results for the site
  • Evolve the culture and go-to-market approach to be client-centric and deliver on the full breadth of client goals / needs
  • Partner with other site leaders in segment to drive successful results
  • Build and manage high performing sales teams and leaders
  • Lead recruiting and talent management efforts for the site while actively managing risk and driving responsible sales culture
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards including Quality Assurance / Quality Control requirements at the site
  • Deliver high standard of client experience and client delight while also promoting employee satisfaction, retention and development.
  • Proficient in handling complex business models and multiple products
  • Collaborate and influence partners across different line of business on campus
  • SME on the segment needs and execute delivery on those needs

Required Skills:

  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated with strong work ethic and an intense focus on driving accountability and achieving results
  • Inspirational leader who inspires team to succeed
  • Ability to identify and source strong talent
  • 4+ years of experience with Consumer Banking or other large retailer
  • Managed a minimum of 7+ mid-level managers
  • Demonstrated ability with high success driving performance metrics in a large unit/site environment
  • Demonstrated ability to listen and communicate clearly and effectively with front line specialists through executive level
  • 4+ years of experience analyzing, reporting and predicting unit performance data
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate sales performance across a broad product set
  • Thorough understanding of mitigating risk in a consumer environment
  • Strong influencer and communicator with ability to think broadly to provide solutions
  • Proactively builds trusted relationships with key partners and other site leaders in segment
  • Demonstrated ability to drive associate satisfaction, retention and development
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities

Pay range

$139,900.00 - $175,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
