Who You Are
You are a self‐driven, autonomous, and ambitious individual with the ability and willingness to learn BHG’s financial products/services. You will experience working in a high‐energy environment while contributing to a successfully growing company.

What You'll Do

  • Listen to and monitor calls for customer satisfaction, compliance, and conformity with BHG processes.
  • Performs live call monitoring and provides performance data to management teams.
  • Ensure calls comply with internal quality standards and overall consistency in the delivery of best practices.
  • Support the overall Quality Assurance workflow by conducting customer call evaluations and providing feedback to Leadership Teams.
  • Collect, coordinate, evaluate, and provide call data for coaching, feedback, and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document information thoroughly.
  • Follow compliance policy and procedure.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Call Monitoring, or Customer Service in a similar industry.
  • Experience with call center operations, compliance, and performance evaluation.
  • Strong analytical skills – Ability to assess call quality, identify trends, and provide actionable feedback.
  • Attention to detail – Accurately document call evaluations, compliance issues, and performance data.
  • Excellent communication skills – Provide clear, constructive feedback to leadership and team members.
  • Familiarity with compliance policies – Understanding of industry regulations and internal policies for call handling.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools – Experience with CRM systems, QA software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively – Manage quality assurance processes while coordinating with multiple teams.
  • Time management and organizational skills – Handle multiple evaluations and reporting tasks efficiently.
