We have team members located across the United States spanning multiple time zones. This means we put in extra effort to make sure we connect and collaborate in ways that make sense for us. This role specifically is held on-site at our Lockbourne, Ohio warehouse.

What the Role Is

Babylist is looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for our brand-new warehouse in Lockbourne, Ohio! We're looking for someone to lead our warehouse team with excitement and expertise, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. In this role, you'll manage and support your team through hiring, training, and performance evaluations. You'll also focus on optimizing processes, managing inventory, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and upholding safety protocols.   • Safety Champion: Protecting your team is a top priority, with a strong track record of enforcing safety protocols and maintaining secure workplaces.

Babylist takes a market-based approach to pay that is competitive and aligns with industry standards. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience.
