Our Ways of Working
We have team members located across the United States spanning multiple time zones. This means we put in extra effort to make sure we connect and collaborate in ways that make sense for us. This role specifically is held on-site at our Lockbourne, Ohio warehouse. The hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

We’re growing fast, and we need a Warehouse Recruiter to help build our Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations teams with top talent. In this role, you’ll be the go-to hiring partner for warehouse managers, ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate experience while keeping the hiring process efficient and effective. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, meaning there’s room to grow into a full-time role as you make an impact.

- Recruit & Advise: You have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, bringing top talent into warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead & Execute: Manage full life cycle recruitment for high-volume and specialized warehouse roles, including Warehouse Associates, Supervisors, and Operations Specialists.
- Collaborate & Align: Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure recruitment efforts support team goals and reflect Babylist’s values.
- Source & Build: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of warehouse talent through sourcing, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Engage & Elevate: Deliver a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams, championing Babylist’s values at every stage.
- Innovate & Attract: Implement creative strategies to engage and secure top talent in competitive warehouse markets.
- Problem-Solve & Adapt: Navigate challenges like high-volume hiring periods and shifting priorities with empathy and strategic problem-solving.
- Plan & Grow: Support warehouse hiring initiatives that drive Babylist’s long-term growth and operational success.

Babylist takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience.
The estimated pay range for this role is $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
