About the Role
You'll transport our customers to and from the airport terminal and the rental car facility. This includes greeting and assisting customers with loading / unloading belongings onto and off the bus, communicating various stops or other important information along the route and about the next steps in their car rental experience while providing excellent customer service.
What you'll do
- Shuttle customers from our rental location to the terminal and back
- Follow all speed limits and traffic guidelines whilst transporting customers
- Assist customers in a helpful and friendly manner, when required

What we're looking for
This is a full-time position and requires availability to work on a rotational roster that includes evenings, weekends and public holidays during our operating hours. We work 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday from 04:30 am to 12:00am.
- Applicants must have a full and valid driver's licence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service
- Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
- A customer-focused, collaborative and adaptable approach
- Follow all speed limits and traffic guidelines whilst transporting customers
