You will help customers in the return of their rental cars. This includes meeting and greeting customers, securing keys, recording mileage, gas levels, and damage to our cars and checking our cars into our computer system while providing excellent customer service
What we're looking for:
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Professional, engaging personality
- Flexibility to work all shifts
Job Requirements:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Securing keys, recording mileages and gas levels
- Checking for damages to our car
- Providing customer service
- Previous customer service experience is a bonus
