Sales Specialist (Automotive)

We’re evaluating talent for a variety of on-site Sales opportunities in the automotive industry across the Minneapolis, MN Metro, Countryside, IL, and Wichita, KS areas. If you enjoy building relationships, hitting goals, and creating a standout customer experience, we want to connect!

• This is an application for ongoing consideration for multiple in-person opportunities, including but not limited to: Business Development, New & Used Car Sales, etc. 
• Locations can include: [Bloomington, MN], [Edina, MN], [White Bear Lake, MN], [Roseville, MN], additional MN Metro cities, [Countryside, IL] and [Wichita, KS].
• Compensation: Starting base at $20/hr + incentive opportunities with commission!

Responsibilities include:

• Guide customers through the sales process by providing product information, answering questions, and offering solutions tailored to their needs.
• Build rapport with potential buyers through in-person interactions, follow-up calls, and digital outreach.
• Track customer interactions and sales progress using internal systems and CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to overall team performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to service or delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or service-oriented role (automotive experience a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus!
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and navigating sales systems
• Goal-oriented with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person environment
• Have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
