Position: Marketing Analyst

Location: Bloomington, MN

Worksite Arrangement: On-site 5 days/week

Starting Salary: $55k - $65k depending on experience

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm CT

Overview:

Avenica is currently evaluating talent for a Marketing Analyst in the automotive industry who will be supporting a fast-paced, creative team focused on driving brand awareness, optimizing digital presence, and executing multi-channel marketing strategies. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate creative requests and ensure alignment with brand standards
• Maintain and audit websites and 3rd party listings for accuracy and performance
• Support promotional campaigns across digital, CRM, SEM, and direct mail channels
• Extract and analyze marketing data to generate insights and guide decisions
• Assist with SEO, directory optimization, and traffic-driving strategies
• Plan and support dealership events and video content creation
• Manage organic social media and Google Business Profile updates
• Ensure marketing compliance through documentation and asset approvals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience; 2+ years of experience in marketing and sales
• Knowledge base in Excel, other Microsoft products, database usage, and CRMs
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage audits, promotions, and compliance documentation across multiple platforms
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights to support marketing strategy and decision-making
• Demonstrated responsibility to team and departments they support and commitment to helping others succeed
