• Experience selling large, integrated workplace/employee experience solutions

• Expertise in defining high-level enterprise digital architectures to support employee experience transformation

• Proficiency in digital platforms promoting staff and supplier/partner engagement

• Experience in culture change centred on innovation and/or digital

• Knowledge in operating model and organisation design

• Ability to develop workforce analytics and predictive models

• Experience in providing outstanding insights from a range of industry experiences
