Role Overview:
As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for working with clients, suppliers, business partners, leading Avanade delivery teams in achieving revenues targets.
Key Role Responsibilities:
Primary Role: Account Lead
Work with client Hiring Managers and Delivery Leads and influence them to assign more roles to Avanade to increase the Avanade revenue attainment.
Take active role in sales activities and account planning as required along with Accenture
Manage expectations with the delivery leads on the cost and job description & requirement for the roles assigned to Avanade.
Ensure overall operations achieve revenues goals and project onboarding.
Own partnership with suppliers, business partners, cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, beneficial client interaction, and revenues goals and attainments.

Secondary Role: Delivery
Lead by rolling up your sleeves with your team's work across all phases of Avanade projects.
Manage project engagements with application leads.
Understand project technology challenges, liaise with technology leads to provide solutions to solve problems.
Lead project, requirements such as capabilities demands, supplies, financials related queries, with project leads and business partners, internally and externally.
Manage customers, and business partners, team members to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues, revenues attainment for projects, accounts and company.
Analyze and resolve customer, operational challenges, that may be non-standard to achieve company goals.
Design conceptual resolutions for operation needs cater for the future.
Ensure all resources are utilized and leveraged appropriately, on day to day, accordingly tasks assignments and priorities.
Keep track of the performance of Avanade employees and take proactively action if there are issues with the performance.
Lead continuous improvement in project and proactively identify potential challenges, deliver customer success and business productivity.
Key Role Skill & Capability Requirements:
You understand the nuts and bolts of system implementation, more importantly, you know how to connect with clients and lead a team to reach its goals. You are organized, energetic, and as comfortable in front of a board room as in front of a white board with your team.
Good Understanding of financial and insurance domain
Experience in a management or leadership role.
Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an action plan
Understanding of common industry standard business practices supported by technologies
Experience with business management software (Microsoft preferred - not mandatory)
Experience working in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
Understands project deliveries that supports the business application to be implemented. In particular, understands the following:
deliveries implementation, and management
System application and platform
Banking and Insurance domains
Experience consulting with external clients on complex projects, including in leadership roles
Experience working with local, global teams on technology implementation and maintenance projects
Experience working with offshore teams to facilitate project work
Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form
Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Education Background:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Business Technology, or Engineering.
Preferred Years of Work Experience:
Minimum of 10+ years of relevant system implementation experiences
