What you'll do:
* You will be responsible for understanding our customers' business needs and priorities, designing and implementing the best architectural solutions;
* You will ensure that the quality of the solution meets the customer's standards and its business value realization objectives;
* You will lead the design team to ensure consistent interaction with the customer and the development and delivery of the solution;
* You will help identify new business opportunities proactively, increasing customer success and business productivity.

Skills and experiences:
* Strong experience in Dynamics CRM and integration projects.
* Experience in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
* English and Arabic
* Strong experience in software development using C#, .NET Framework and SQL Server.
* Experience in ETL design and development.
* Experience in system integration design and development.
* Experience in managing and coordinating the team as a technical lead.
* Ability to work with customers to develop and manage a roadmap of activities.

Nice to have

* Experience in Windows Services, SQL Server, Reporting Services, SSIS.
* Experience in Power platform and CoPilot.
* Experience consulting with customers on complex projects, including technology leadership roles.
* Experience working with global teams, including off-shore and near-shore, on Dynamics implementation and maintenance projects.
* Demonstrated experience in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
* Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications.
