As a Change Enablement Senior Analyst, you'll work in various specialty areas to support the design and implementation of change initiatives. You'll engage in activities like applying change frameworks, measuring business outcomes, planning for successful change adoption, and developing strategic training plans. Your role will involve both quantitative and qualitative analysis, stakeholder alignment, and creating engaging communication strategies. Together we do what matters.

• Assist in assessing business readiness and minimizing risk
• Manage stakeholder alignment and communications
• Build employee capabilities to facilitate organizational change
• Contribute to the design and implementation of change frameworks
• Measure short- and long-term business outcomes
• Develop and execute strategic training plans
Skills and experiences
• Knowledge of change management frameworks or methods (previous coursework preferred)
• Experience analysing quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate information/strategy to multiple stakeholders
• Results-driven and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
