As an IT Helpdesk Support in our Software Engineering team, you will focus on providing appropriate solutions to customers' feedback. What you'll do:
* Manage incoming calls, emails and customer service tickets.

* Manage access control for ticketing system
* Generate ticket Service Level Agreement (SLA) report
* Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
* Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
* Meet personal/customer service team KPI
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
* Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills and experiences:
* Minimum Degree required in Information Technology or related studies
* Some programming skills in .NET, React, or Java.
* Experience with ticketing system will be advantageous
* Good analysis skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
About you:

* You have at least 1 year of relevant experience with IT support and a degree in Information Technology or related studies.
* Your passion for technology is matched with good business sensibility and great interpersonal and communication skills in English.
* You have an eye on the future and keep up to date with emerging technologies.
* Analytical, curious, agile
* Additionally, you'll also be comfortable in working on application development projects for our client who is a reputable business operating within the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Sanitary industry sector.
