What you will do
* Develop and deliver detailed IT solutions through consulting project activities.
* Bring interpersonal and technical skills to engagements.
* Proactively identify problems, system architecture definition.
* Design, and recommend implementation.
* Quality assurance (QA) testing.
Academic requirements
* College Junior-standing with target graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
* Pursuit of a bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline
* Creative mind and collaborative spirit
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Exposure to software development, implementation lifecycle, DevOps tooling, and programming using C#/Java or TypeScript/JavaScript (React/Angular/Vue), SQL Server, MySQL, Cosmos, MongoDB, or other database platform.
* Functional knowledge of a development methodology.

* Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
* Ability to excel in a team-oriented, project-based work environment
* Proven leadership experience in an academic, extra-curricular or professional setting
* Strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to think on your feet

* Interest in beginning a career in technology consulting upon receiving your undergraduate degree
