As an Enterprise Technology Architect, you will evaluate, design, implement and support customer information technology architectures. Practicing DevOps and agility, you will approach project planning from simple IT projects to large-scale enterprise-level change programs to find the best possible solution for our clients.

* Provide a quality assurance review of the architecture for proposals and ongoing efforts.
* Support the creation and estimation of technology solution proposals.
* Develop a long-term technology strategy centred around the client's business objectives.
* While exchanging opinions with global Microsoft technology experts, you will deepen your knowledge and solve the difficult problems of customers in various industries.
* Design cloud-based solutions/ cloud architecture
* Create plans and specifications to develop solutions
* Collaborate with managers and engineers to develop specifications for new cloud-based services, infrastructure, and solutions
* Drive the deployment of the cloud management platform, evaluate its performance, and implement improvements
* Design and develop IT architecture (integration process, application, data, technology) solutions to business problems in line with enterprise architecture directions and standards
* Oversee and manage cross-functional development teams that design, develop, and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external (client) expectations
* Coach, mentor and motivate team members to take positive action and hold them accountable for their work
* Create an environment that fosters responsibility, quality, commitment, growth, innovation, and support the sales process when needed
* Lead presales engagements involving addressing business concerns with technology and consulting solutions
* Developing customer roadmaps that leverage the Microsoft ecosystem and prioritise the client's journey to creating business value
* Establishing industry use cases for technology solutions that bolster the customer's value driven roadmap

Skills and experiences

About you

* You have extensive pre-sales experience (organizing proposals and projects for customers)
* You have 3 years or more of leadership experience (including project management, team management, negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, and personnel evaluations of subordinates)
* Experience in project management (creating proposals for customers in large-scale projects, project composition)
* Involved in proposal activities and project orders, from requirement definition, design, development, and introduction.
* You have experience in solving customer problems using technology.
* Those who have a mindset to actively lead customers and can take concrete actions.
* Consider compliance with the safety and security of members at top of mind.
* You can share new skills and knowledge with other members and grow mutually.
* You can proactively manage project finance, scope, resources, customer expectations, etc.
* You have experience in solving customer problems using technology.
* You aspire to earn the trust of our executives and deliver our value to them.

Technical characteristics desired for this role

* Experience in cloud and architecture design (more than 7 years in total)
* Experience with consulting on the cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.), including exposure to one or more of; design and construction of public clouds, design and construction of systems using PaaS, design and construction of infrastructure for on-premise or private cloud environments, etc.
* Experience in application architecture development, implementation, and deployment in either web or mobile app development.
* System development experience
* System integration related to mainframe modernization and generative AI, PMO for public cloud construction projects, public cloud operations (especially experience based on SRE methodologies), requirements definition, design and development using IaC solutions
* Certifications
* Microsoft Certification
* IPA Information Processing Engineer
* PMP (currently valid qualifications only)
* Microsoft Azure certification is desired
