Delivery Lead

* Engage with mid-sized corporate and public sector clients, managing diverse stakeholder groups including C-level executives, business owners, and technical teams.

* Drive project governance, planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting from initiation through to close.

* Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams, often in hybrid onshore/offshore delivery models.

* Facilitate Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery methodologies suited to client and project needs.

* Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, applying structured problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

* Ensure adherence to scope, quality, timeline, and budget expectations while maintaining a focus on business value.

* Translate client business objectives into actionable technology solutions, maintaining a strategic perspective throughout the project lifecycle.

* Ensure successful delivery of projects by managing schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction

• Actively support sales with estimating, planning, and mobilization

• Communicate project status regularly and manage risks

• Monitor financial performance according to agreements

• Execute and close projects successfully

Skills and experiences

* 10-12+ years of experience in Project and Program Management roles within enterprise technology environments.

* Demonstrated success delivering medium-to-large scale projects ($2M-$10M AUD) across one or more of the following platforms (with a preference to the Microsoft ecosystem:

- ERP and CRM

- Modern Workplace and Cloud

- Data & AI

- Security

* Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, or related disciplines.

* Formal certifications in project management such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.

* Certified in Agile and/or SAFe frameworks (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master).

* Additional certifications in Microsoft and/or technologies are highly regarded.

• Demonstrated ability to think and work systematically and logically

• Good understanding of contract terms and interpretation

• Experience in customer expectations management

• Demonstrated experience employing project management methods, tools, techniques

• Clear and concise oral and written communication

• Negotiation skills

• Good people management skills, including ability to lead a team and mentor individuals in career growth
