As an Experience Strategist with Avanade X (Avanade's Experience Agency), you will play a key role in helping our clients stay ahead of the pace of change by developing and implementing strategies to enhance user satisfaction, loyalty, and adoption.

This role requires an individual who can analyze and uncover user needs and behaviours, assess current state experiences, prioritize quantifiable business opportunities, and bring to life actionable plans with the right mix of technology, innovation, and design to drive successful business outcomes.

In this role, you will steward and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients with a commitment to what is best for the business and their users. Your practical expertise in Microsoft and Sitecore technologies, abilities to build trusted relationships and simplify the complex will be an asset. Together we do what matters

Key Accountabilities:

* Lead project definition and proposal development for experience strategy work in ERP, Finance and Operations, eCRM, Marketing Personalization, Content Management and more

* Develop and execute experience strategies that align with business goals

* Assemble and lead cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centric initiatives

* Analyze user data to identify audience cohorts and personas

* Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and innovation

* Collaborate across functions to ensure seamless user journeys

* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and create actionable recommendations for clients

* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the user experience and generate thought leadership that drives our clients and our colleagues forward

* Contribute to people and culture development among a scaling experience strategy department

Key Skills and Capabilities:

* In-depth experience in customer experience management within a digital or technology-focused company

* Demonstrated success in defining employee and workplace experience strategies

* Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret user data and feedback

• Commitment to defining & delivering measurable business value

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams

* Experience with Microsoft D365 and Sitecore solutions required

* Proficiency in D365, Sitecore, Contentful, Power Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, and Adobe Experience Manager are an asset

Preferred Training:
* Design Thinking Practitioner
* Professional Scrum Certification
* Professional Scrum Product Owner Certification
* Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
* Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
* Sitecore Certified: Experience Platform v. 10+
* Sitecore Certified: XM Cloud

Experience & Education:
* Diploma, degree, or experience equivalent in business, technology, experience strategy or related subjects
* 8+ years of experience as an Experience Strategist, Marketing Strategist, Product Owner, Journey Owner, or related role with successful implementation of solutions
* Experience in financial services, public sector, and utilities is an asset
* Bilingual (French & English) an asset
