As a CRM Business Consultant, you will be client-facing and responsible for the discovery, scoping, and collection of requirements to build and deploy solutions that are tailored to your customer. You'll solve problems using your CRM knowledge as you liaise between Avanade clients, your project team, and the wider internal CRM community. This role provides the opportunity to work for Microsoft's #1 partner, with an unrivalled focus on personal development and training in both technology and softer consulting skills.
What you'll do
* Design and implementation of tailor-made customer solutions based on MS Dynamics CRM
* Transformation of business requirements into application requirements to populate the requirements traceability matrix and conduct a fit/gap analysis
* Actively support our customers in all stages of a CRM project - from requirements analysis, creation of functional specifications, solution design, prototyping, testing and international rollout.
* Collaborate with the technical team to ensure functional requirements are understood.
* Advise our customers on the design and optimization of their business processes in the areas of marketing, sales and service.
* Conduct workshops and presentations at our customers' site.
* Participate in the interdisciplinary project team
Skills and Experiences
* Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM modules
• At least one full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM
* Consulting and client-facing experience and good knowledge in the analysis and design of business processes in marketing, sales and service.
* Basic knowledge of methods, process models and tools for software development.
• Experience managing/leading teams both on and offshore is nice to have, but not required
* Structured and methodical approach to the development of technical solutions is a matter of course for you.
* Willingness to travel (according to customer needs and in coordination with you).
* Fluent German (Min. Level B2/C1) and English language skills are required
