業種を問わず、Webアプリ開発案件におけるアプリケーションアーキテクト、またはその候補として、案件の特性に応じたアプリケーションアーキテクチャの策定・実装・展開までの全般を担当いただきます。
What you'll do具体的な業務内容::
Webアプリ開発案件におけるアプリケーションアーキテクト、またはその候補として、以下の役割を担当していただきます。
* 顧客・ビジネス・案件・チームのそれぞれの特性に応じた最適なアーキテクチャの決定や設計指針を定義し、チームが適切な技術的選択を行えるようリードする。
* アーキテクチャプロトタイプの作成・検証や開発標準を策定・実装・展開する
* アーキテクチャ領域におけるエキスパートとして、アーキテクチャや現在の技術環境を継続的に分析・レビューし、改善案を提示する。
* 常に最新技術や業界動向を把握し続け、成熟度や効果を踏まえた技術・アーキテクチャの導入を検討・推進する。
* チームメンバーアーキテクチャ決定や設計指針を遵守できるようサポートする。
顧客の政治的風土や文化を理解した上で、アーキテクチャに対する顧客やチームメンバーの期待値をコントロールし、議論・説明・説得を行う。
Skills and Experiences必要なスキルと経験:
【必須要件】
(1) 下記のいずれかまたは複数の経験（業務期間は合計で5年以上が目安）
* C#/Javaのいずれかを使用したWebアプリケーション開発経験
* Webアプリケーションアーキテクチャ策定・実装・展開経験
* Azure（AWS/GCPでも可）のクラウド技術を使用した開発経験

（２） (1)に記載の各種サービスに対するプリセールスの経験
３ (3) チームリードまたはサブリードとして複数のプロジェクトの経験（特に、クライアントやチームメンバーに対する説明・交渉力

・ 日本語が母国語でない方は、ビジネスレベルの日本語能力（JLPT：N1）
・ Officeアプリケーション（Word、Excel、PowerPoint棟）を使用した各種資料の作成経験

・ React/Vue.jsのいずれかを使用したWebアプリケーション開発経験（または、Swift/Kotlin/Flutterのいずれかを使用したモバイルアプリ開発経験）

・ Web/モバイルアプリ開発における提案からデリバリーまでの経験
・ システムアーキテクチャ策定経験
・ アプリケーションアーキテクチャレビュー経験
・ Scrum 開発経験
・ レガシーシステムのモダナイゼーション開発経験
・ DevOps 全般に関する知見
・ コンテナ技術（Docker/Kubernetes）を使用した環境構築経験
・ Azure/AWS/GCPのいずれかのクラウドデザインパターンに関する知見
・ ビジネス英語を使用したコミュニケーション経験
(2) その他
下記のいずれかの資格（現在有効な資格に限る）
* - マイクロソフト認定資格（Role-Based、Specialty各種）
* - IPA情報処理技術者（高度、応用レベル各種）
* - PMP
業務での英語によるコミュニケーション経験（電話・TV会議が可能なレベル）
