We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect to join our team. This role will be pivotal in guiding our customers through their transformation journey, helping them customize and optimize solutions to meet their business needs.

As an experienced Power Platform professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing governance strategies, best practices, and customized Power Apps solutions. As a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement expert, your focus will be on assessing performance, optimizing stability, and customizing Dynamics CRM as required by the projects. Together we do what matters.
What you will do:
* Develop and implement governance strategies and best practices for Power Platform solutions;

* Assist clients with architectural design, troubleshooting, and establishing customized Power Apps solutions;
* Work on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) to customize and optimize for business processes;
* Administer and support Power Platform environments, including Power Apps and Power Automate;
* Manage Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) for governance and continuous improvement;
* Provide technical training to customers and guide them through architectural decisions;
* Troubleshoot and optimize Power Apps and Power Automate flows;
* Integrate data from Dataverse, SharePoint, and other external systems.
Skills and experiences
* Extensive experience of Power Platform governance, administration, and Power Apps development;
* Proficiency in C#, OOP concepts, and code reviews;
* Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, including plugins, workflows, and client-side scripting;
* Experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and troubleshooting Power Platform solutions;
* Certifications in Microsoft technologies preferred;
* Advanced English is required;
