What you'll do:

* Collaborate with both large and small cross-functional teams under challenging circumstances to deliver high-quality solutions.

* Execute, manage, and lead a set of customers through the Onboarding technical and support process.

* Support and resolve customer deployment issues.

* Engage with the client to gather and advise on their requirements, writing high level and detailed designs as well as define architectural topologies.

* Maintain strong working knowledge of the M365 suite, and all required tools and products.

Skills and experiences:

* Deep knowledge in Enterprise Mobility & Security technologies with experience of 2 or more of the following: Configuration Manager, Intune MDM & MAM, Entra ID

* Have passed one or more of the following modern workplace certifications as a minimum: MD-102, AZ140 and/or MS102.

* Good knowledge in M365 technologies with experience of 2 or more of the following: Exchange, One Drive for Business, Skype for Business, Teams

* Experience with M365 migrations and onboarding activities
