The role of Client Solutions Strategic SA is a cross-functional profile, with a vision and understanding of the different components and their relationship from a business impact perspective.

As a Client Solutions Strategist Solution Architect, you will support client relationships and work with account leads and key region stakeholders to translate client industry business goals to technology outcomes, through the Microsoft platform.
You will drive technical-thought leadership with a long-term view for how clients can successfully manage, operate & secure their technology platform. You will keep up to date on emerging technology and how to apply it to clients.
Your goal will be to ensure your clients most pressing and long-term business challenges are met with Avanade's most relevant industry-led solutions.
Technology Leadership & Direction
* Own technology strategy, architecture review & road map for clients
* Drive innovation and cross Solution Area solutioning with clients, continuously bringing the best of Avanade, and the best lessons learned, experiences from the clients' industry and other relevant industries) in a way which genuinely makes a qualified difference to the client's priorities
* Provide path for the client on the technology vision and strategy (working with Advisory and Account Leads)
* Seek to understand client's current state and future opportunities and how to bring the best Microsoft technology solution
* Drive continuous innovation through technology thought leadership
Solutioning & Delivery
* Own technology roadmap for clients
Business Origination
* Identify & drive cross-sell/upsell/renewal/emerging tech opportunities (e.g., maximize usage/deployment of MSFT technologies) for clients
* Provide revenue diversity for the Client Group by taking a cross-solution area view with client opportunities
* Proactively share knowledge of client/industry pain points/opportunities related to technology solutions
People & Culture
* Cultivate alliance relationships to unlock opportunities
* Bridge Microsoft relationships for and with clients within the Client Group
* Support the industry and technology relationship with Accenture for the Client Group
* C1 English level
* Education and/or experience in the relevant field/business or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Likely has 10+ years of relevant technology business leadership experience, including solution sales, GTM creation, delivery, business management and people management

* Leadership track record in developing and growing long term, high value client relationships

* Cross (high-level) understanding of different technologies, architectures and processes
* Understanding of how AI transforms different solutions and functions
* Understand client business needs and recommend the best fit technology solutions
* Result-oriented mindset, with ability to achieve them even under tough circumstances
* Innovation and ideation techniques
* Knowledge of the Microsoft portfolio of products and solutions is a bonus
* Adaptability and Flexibility: You must be able to adapt quickly to changes in the market and customer needs and be agile in responding to demand for Microsoft and other emerging technologies.
* Strategic Vision: Must have a strategic vision to identify business opportunities and propose innovative solutions that bring value to the business
* Communication Skills: It is crucial that you can communicate effectively with different stakeholders, including senior management and technical teams.
