What you will do:
• Build enduring, trusted client relationships focusing on sales, revenue, delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Work closely with the head of the Client Group to create, own, execute, and maintain the Client Account Plan.
• Drive integration with Accenture and Microsoft.
• Manage key, strategic client
• Develop and implement a relationship management plan for strategic, complex existing accounts.
• Consult with customer representatives to identify outcomes and develop customer requirements.
• Champion innovation streams within the innovation road map.
Skills and experiences
• 5 years of experience within sales area - plus on Microsoft ecosystem
• Industry knowledge in the relevant industry: Manufacturing, Consumer Goods and Retail
• Understand client business needs and how to recommend the best fit technology solutions.
• Industry knowledge in the relevant industry Resources (Chemicals, Energy, Natural Resources & Utilities, Oil & Gas)
• Supports efforts to build customer satisfaction, loyalty, and commitment, and secures organizational resources to do so.
• Is a strong big-picture thinker; makes frequent, clear references to the organization's vision and strategy and the efforts required to drive them forward.
• Offers creative ideas, finds unique connections between previously unrelated elements.
• Stays focused on plans and improvises in response to changes, including risks and contingencies.
