Introduction:

Do you enjoy being responsible for the full end-to-end customer engagement model from relationship development, account sales through ongoing delivery? If so then you could be our next Client Account Lead.

In support of the continued growth journey of our UK business, we are looking for a Client Account Lead to join us. You will work closely with the Sales Director and Leadership team to create, own, execute and maintain the Client Account Plans for Avanade and drive integration with Accenture and Microsoft across a portfolio of strategic accounts. You will be manage a number of accounts across our Comms, Media and Technology (CMT) portfolio (which includes Media and Entertainment, Software and Platforms, Telecommunications and High Tech clients)

What you'll do:

* Full P&L accountability for each account/industry
* Prioritise key aspects of account management and build exceptional relationships across client base
* Leadership, planning, coordination and management of all sales and delivery activities to achieve sales and revenue targets
* Leverage wider Avanade structure to support specific opportunities including pre-sales, sales, leadership etc.
* Partner with the client and account teams to evolve customer and partner strategy to accelerate growth
* Partner with Accenture and Microsoft leadership and account teams

Skills and experiences:

* You have led and directed account-level sales and technology strategy, and road mapping for clients.
* You have provided consistent and high-quality solutions from inception to managed service for the clients.
* You have owned and updated the technology roadmaps for clients for both current and future needs.
* You have strong account management skills effectively, leading quarterly technology reviews and innovation briefings for the team and clients. You share emerging tech and industry trends.
* You can identify and drive cross-sell, upsell, renewal and emerging tech opportunities for the clients, maximizing the usage and deployment of Microsoft technologies.
* You are knowledge of the client's industry pain points, opportunities and tech stack, challenge and improve their ideas with insights from the market and competitors.
