What you will do:
• Originate, qualify, negotiate, and close deals for Avanade products and services
• Activate sales strategy in chosen Accounts or Territories to grow the Public Sector business
• Coordinate with teams to achieve sales and revenue impact
• Bring necessary support through business tools and requirements
• Work closely with Business Development professionals, Regional Sales Management, and Sales Leadership
• Collaborate with Avanade Client Account Leads (ACAL), Regional Marketing teams, Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, Alliance teams, and counterparts in Accenture and Microsoft
Skills and experiences:
• Proven track record of selling large-scale consulting engagements in State Government clients
• Experienced in the nuances of interacting with State/Federal Government clients and inter Department engagement
• Highly organized with strong time management and coordination skills
• Resilience in dealing with multiple stakeholders across a large region
• A natural leader defined by their knowledge and experience
• Collaborative and able to navigate multiple cultures and styles
• Problem-solving mindset
• Mature interpersonal and persuasion skills
