The BizApps GTM Lead is accountable for translating Area and Global Client Solutions strategies into region-specific actions to achieve sales and go-to-market objectives. This role emphasizes tactical execution, operational rigor, and local market alignment. The BizApps GTM Lead optimizes portfolio relevance, strengthens relationships with local partners, and ensures the seamless delivery of GTM campaigns. This role reports to the Regional Client Solutions lead- Southeast Asia.
Key Accountabilities
• Regional GTM Execution: Drive the execution of GTM initiatives, aligning with Area priorities to achieve regional sales targets and enhance GTM efficiency.
• Regional Portfolio Management: Manage the lifecycle of regional GTM assets, leveraging market insights to tailor offerings, ensure customer alignment, and support the Area and Global portfolio strategies.

• Sales and ROI Focus: Execute targeted campaigns to maximize ROI, increase campaign conversion rates, and reduce time-to-market for new offerings.
• Partner Collaboration: Establish productive relationships with Microsoft and other regional partners, integrating their assets into Avanade's GTM strategies and increasing local lead generation.

• Operational Execution: Strong operational capabilities, with experience in tactical GTM execution and sales alignment.

Education, Certifications and Experience
* Education and/or experience in the relevant field/business
* 10+ years of experience in GTM, sales, or related leadership roles, with a focus on regional operations.
* Background in technology or consulting, with proven experience in managing campaigns and partnerships within a region.
* Familiarity with Microsoft or similar strategic partnerships.
