What you'll do:

As the Security Business Group Lead, you will be accountable for driving the region's Tech BG go-to-market strategy, providing thought leadership, achieving sales and revenue targets, and fostering a culture of innovation within the BG. Additionally, as the Practice Lead, you will oversee the Security practice team, ensuring the right capabilities, skillsets, and certifications are in place to deliver client work effectively both now and in the future. Collaboration with regional leaders, partners, and internal stakeholders is key, reporting to the Region General Manager and secondarily to the Technology Area BG Lead. Skills and experiencesss:
• Evolving our Security practice and business to the next level.
• Setting strategic direction and goals for security across the region.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to increase the visibility of the practice and support growth ambitions.
• Building strong relationships with Microsoft, Accenture, and Avanade leaders to drive practice and business group growth.
• Interacting with clients and sales team members to address security and risk management issues and identify upselling opportunities.
• Identifying security trends and demands at client sites.
• Attracting, developing, and retaining practice talent.

About you:

• Proficiency in communicating the importance of security at C-level.
• Leadership skills demonstrated by leading by example and building bridges between stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Security solutions and security principles applicable in enterprise environments. Additional skills and certifications are a plus, including experience with security methodologies or frameworks, technical security certifications, and technical experience in Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
