Position Overview
As the Territory Sales Manager - LATAM, you will lead our Design & Manufacturing (D&M) sales team focused on new logo acquisition, expansion, and competitive takeaways across Latin America. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, pipeline execution, and market penetration in key LATAM territories.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a proven sales leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. The ideal candidate has deep experience in the Latin American market, a track record of exceeding sales targets, and a strong ability to develop, coach, and scale high-performing sales teams.
You will report to the Senior Manager of Design & Manufacturing Sales and will work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote leadership with in-person engagements. Some travel (20%) for internal and external meetings is required.

Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing territory sales team focused on new business growth and customer expansion in Latin America
- Drive bold pipeline development, ensuring strong prospecting, deal progression, and conversion rates
- Own and deliver on revenue targets, ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales goals
- Develop and execute a regional growth strategy aligned with corporate objectives and market conditions
- Coach and mentor sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous learning
- Execute competitive sales strategies, driving market share expansion and competitive knockouts
- Forecast accurately and manage pipeline with precision, ensuring strong deal visibility and predictable revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to drive effective go-to-market strategies tailored to the LATAM region
- Instill a culture of sales discipline, leveraging best practices, sales methodologies, and performance analytics
- Ensure operational efficiency through effective use of Salesforce, Gong, and other sales intelligence tools
- Represent Autodesk in key customer and industry engagements, positioning our D&M solutions as the preferred choice in the market
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of B2B sales experience, including quota-carrying sales roles in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software
- 5+ years of direct people management experience, leading high-performing sales teams in Latin America and/or North America
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of the LATAM market, including business culture, economic trends, and competitive landscape
- Expertise in outbound sales, competitive takeaways, and net-new customer acquisition strategies
- Strong sales forecasting and pipeline management skills, with proficiency in Salesforce CRM and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese required; English proficiency needed for internal collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Design & Manufacturing, industrial software, or CAD/CAM industries is a plus
- Formal training in consultative sales techniques and familiarity with methodologies like TAS, MEDDIC, or SPIN
- Experience leading remote and hybrid sales teams across multiple LATAM regions
- MBA or advanced business training is advantageous but not required
- Management experience leading managers of people
