Position Overview
The Territory Renewal Manager focuses on supporting Value-Added Distributors and is responsible for driving, forecasting, and closing subscription renewals in conjunction with partners and directly with customers. Furthermore, the role is also responsible for identifying and creating expansion opportunities. This role works primarily through direct customer engagement, collaboration with partners, and alignment with Channel Sales teams. In addition, this role focuses on identifying and mitigating renewal churn risk and ensuring the delivery of irresistible customer experiences together with distributors and partners.
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales quotas
- Chart and deliver timely and accurate forecasts and pipeline management
- Provide deal-specific primary and secondary sales support, i.e., deal creation, development, presentation, negotiation, and closure
- Serve as an escalation point for all renewal issues that impact customer retention and drive risk mitigation execution
- Identify customer upsell and expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with internal sales operations stakeholders on reporting and analysis, and identify and make recommendations for improvement in renewal productivity
- Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce.com, Excel, PowerBI, and other key customer data and business intelligence tools
- Coordinate business strategies and plans for renewal targets with distributors to ensure an optimal level of involvement, commitment, and resource allocation from distributors to maximize performance
- Recap quarterly sales results with distributors and resellers. Help distributors set renewal targets and goals for upcoming quarters
- Manage and drive distributors' renewal team to achieve renewal targets
- Manage direct renewals with end-users
- May be required to travel (geo-dependent)

Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years sales/renewals experience
- Experience negotiating $1M+ complex sales/renewals deal
- Working knowledge of SFDC
