Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software for desktop applications
  • Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code with a focus on performance and stability
  • Work with build systems and software packaging to streamline development
  • Work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to create innovative solutions
  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and best practice discussions
  • Stay ahead of the curve with emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Manage source code using version control practices
  • Assist in software release cycles, build automation, and deployment processes
  • Ensure smooth integration with CI/CD pipelines for seamless releases
  • Write unit tests and contribute to robust integration testing
  • Debug, optimize, and ensure software stability before release

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in software development for desktop applications
  • Experience with build systems and software packaging
  • Strong understanding of version control and release cycles
  • Problem-solver with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with C++, .NET, or web development
  • Exposure to CAD, PLM, or simulation software
  • Understanding of multithreading, optimization, and Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with cloud services and CI/CD pipelines
