Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software for desktop applications
- Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code with a focus on performance and stability
- Work with build systems and software packaging to streamline development
- Work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to create innovative solutions
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and best practice discussions
- Stay ahead of the curve with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Manage source code using version control practices
- Assist in software release cycles, build automation, and deployment processes
- Ensure smooth integration with CI/CD pipelines for seamless releases
- Write unit tests and contribute to robust integration testing
- Debug, optimize, and ensure software stability before release
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years of professional experience in software development for desktop applications
- Experience with build systems and software packaging
- Strong understanding of version control and release cycles
- Problem-solver with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with C++, .NET, or web development
- Exposure to CAD, PLM, or simulation software
- Understanding of multithreading, optimization, and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud services and CI/CD pipelines
