Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with a strong background in web and backend application development. Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern web technologies and frameworks.
- Implement Micro Frontends (MFE) to enhance the modularity and scalability of web applications.

Microservices & High-Throughput Applications
- Architect, develop, and optimize microservices-based solutions to support high-throughput and low-latency requirements.
- Ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability through efficient design patterns and best practices.
Cloud & Containerization
- Deploy and manage applications in an AWS environment, leveraging AWS services for scalability and resilience.
- Utilize Kubernetes for container orchestration, ensuring seamless deployment and management of microservices.
Production Support
- Provide production support by monitoring live applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of production incidents.
- Collaborate with operations teams to optimize system performance, minimize downtime, and maintain service reliability.
- Implement proactive measures to identify potential issues and enhance system resilience.
Collaboration & Agile Practices
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to deliver high-quality software.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior team members, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Embrace agile methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous delivery.
Problem-Solving & Innovation
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive innovative solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies to continuously enhance architecture and application performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining microservices-based architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Micro Frontend (MFE) development and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Solid understanding and practical experience with AWS services and deployment best practices.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, ECS, EKS).
- Experience in building high-throughput and low-latency systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile development practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to mentor and lead junior developers.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Familiarity with additional programming languages and frameworks is a plus.
- Python experience is a plus.
