Position Overview
The Senior Security Engineer (Identity & Access Management) will play a critical role in managing and enhancing Autodesk's IAM systems and processes. This position requires deep expertise in tools like CyberArk, SailPoint ISC, Entra ID (Azure AD), and AWS IAM, along with proficiency in automation and scripting. As a senior member of the team, you will implement best practices, improve workflows, and ensure robust security measures while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert for CyberArk, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Identity Governance solutions
- Support and maintain SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Entra ID (Azure AD), and AWS Security platforms
- Develop and enhance automation workflows for IAM using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, AngularJS, and other relevant languages
- Implement and enforce identity governance best practices for enterprise identities and service accounts
- Manage and support Privileged Account Management (PAM) and access controls for critical systems
- Maintain and improve Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions with a focus on security and user experience
- Collaborate with teams to implement and refine RBAC frameworks and ensure proper governance of service accounts
- Participate in incident response and troubleshooting for identity-related issues
- Document processes, workflows, and technical configurations to support team operations

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or related security roles
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk, RBAC, Identity Governance, and PAM solutions
- Proficiency in automation and scripting with languages such as Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, AngularJS, Java, or similar
- Experience working with SailPoint ISC, Entra ID (Azure AD), and AWS IAM
- Strong understanding of identity governance processes and best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git is a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
