Our Trust team plays a pivotal role in ensuring that security, privacy, resilience, and trusted AI remain at the forefront of everything we do. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Trust M&A to lead a team of Trust professionals dedicated to assessing and integrating security, privacy, resilience, and AI governance throughout Autodesk's acquisition processes. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Autodesk's Trust M&A strategy, ensuring security, privacy, resilience, and AI governance are embedded into every acquisition
- Assess potential acquisition targets to identify risks and vulnerabilities, ensuring Autodesk makes informed decisions
- Design and execute integration plans that align with Autodesk's Trust policies, standards, and overall security posture
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Trust M&A professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture
- Identify, assess, and mitigate Trust risks throughout the M&A lifecycle
- Partner with Legal, Finance, IT, Platform, and Product teams to drive a holistic Trust approach across M&A activities
- Deliver clear, data-driven reporting to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability in Trust M&A initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Risk Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role and hands-on experience in M&A activities
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Deep technical expertise in security engineering, application security, network security, and data protection
- Proven leadership in managing cybersecurity programs, risk assessments, and M&A processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and provide innovative solutions
- Exceptional communication skills - able to translate technical Trust concepts into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
- Project management experience - ability to oversee multiple M&A projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $172,100 and $278,300. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
