Position Overview

This is a Program Manager position for the Data and Process Management (DPM) team within the Product Design and Manufacturing Solutions (PDMS) organization. The mission of the PDMS organization is to help our customers in the Design and Manufacturing industry achieve better outcomes with converged design and make processes. You will report to the DPM Chief of Staff (CoS) and Director of Program Management. In this important role, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the various parts of a project to ensure they work together smoothly, and you will help teams achieve their commitments and deliver unparalleled value to our customers. You will help and guide teams to adopt best practices, implement efficient processes, and foster meaningful collaborations to ensure seamless execution and delivery. Your ability to anticipate, understand and address the needs of your stakeholders is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management Activities
  • Plan and lead weekly tactical meetings, monthly strategic meetings, and quarterly in-person meetings
  • Plan and lead other events that support team effectiveness
  • Build seamless collaboration to achieve alignment across multiple teams
  • Lead communication efforts at all levels to keep team members informed
  • Create the documentation necessary to achieve clarity and transparency
  • Enforce accountability and responsibility among project members
  • Manage dependencies across projects
  • Manage risks and inform team members of potential impact
  • Eager to attack problems with both curiosity and determination
  • Ensure all your team members know what to do, when, and how
  • Identify process gaps or inefficiencies
  • Understand business operations
  • Analyze complex situations, identify risks, and develop solutions
  • Influence and lead without a direct authority by building relationships and trust
  • Create a culture of constant vigilance and high quality
  • Achieve continuous improvement
  • Use virtual collaboration tools and techniques to maintain team cohesion and productivity

Minimum Qualifications

  • Have five years of experience in Program/Project Management
  • Manage project tools: Airtable, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Confluence Wiki
  • Have experience working with business and technical team members
  • Have experience with Agile methodologies
