This role is in the Platform Organization within the Product Design and Manufacturing Solutions division, which leads in defining and building components for the Fusion 360 family of products. We are looking for a Product Manager to help us enable the mission of the organization through the development and administration of a robust analytics implementation to provide insights into the use and performance of the Fusion platform.

As a Product Manager you will act as the focal point of an initiative spanning multiple teams and stakeholders. You will work with senior leadership, business units, and experience design to collect and prioritize requirements to gain business insights and develop a strategy to support the business's needs. You will oversee the analytics strategy for a multi-platform project spanning both client and server implementations, and coordinate efforts across platform targets while ensuring technical dependencies are coordinated and fulfilled. You will have the opportunity to work with talented teams and make a tremendous, lasting impact to our organization and customers.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product management, experience design, software architects, leadership, and other stakeholders to develop strategy, define requirements, and communicate the vision to the engineering team
- Clearly express initiatives though backlog generation, partnering with scrum teams to break down requirements into epics and user stories
- Prioritize the product backlog, ensuring incremental delivery of business value over time
- Ensure that the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all to the level needed
- Review deliverables of the sprints and provide feedback to the scrum teams
- Communicate status and deliverables to stakeholders and collect feedback for the engineering team
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of prior work experience as a Product Manager (or a Project/Product Manager in an agile environment)
- Experience in projects involving services in the cloud accessed through web, mobile, and desktop
- Ability to influence and manage expectations within a multi-stakeholder environment
- Ability to work with teams distributed across multiple locations and time zones
- Strong planning and dependency management skills
- Effective communication skills, able to present complex ideas and tailor the delivery to different audiences
- Excellent decision-making skills, working to identify scope and owner, and consulting and communication with stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills, able to work with a diverse team of engineers, product managers, and experience designers to align and deliver high quality, high impact solutions
- Commitment to delivering a best-in-class customer and developer experience
- Commitment to continuous improvement of technical and non-technical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building platform-centric projects
- Experience in using Jira, Confluence and Slack
- Familiarity with scrum/agile methodologies
- Knowledge and experience within the Manufacturing Industry
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in an engineering field

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $105,800 and $182,600. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
