Responsibilities: Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Oversee the development and management of the product. Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define the product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches. Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to make informed decisions and drive product improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders and guide the product development process from concept to delivery. Work closely with stakeholders, engineering, and cross-functional teams to develop and drive product strategy, ensuring alignment with industry standards and business needs. Conduct face-to-face product strategy sessions, gathering feedback and insights from stakeholders and teams. Interpret business process demands and ensure technology frameworks meet requirements. Devise a vision and feasible technology stack for implementing growth-specific features in the Customer Feedback Product Group, aligned with the company's overall vision. Define success criteria for each feature and function throughout the product lifecycle, developing metrics and indicators to monitor success. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful delivery of product features and releases. Manage the Customer Feedback Management product backlog and priorities in collaboration with business owners, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders. Strategize technical team resources and prioritize product backlog for timely feature delivery. Stay informed about the domain, market trends, technology trends and Salesforce CRM functionality to advise on leveraging Salesforce or other market tools versus custom build options. Evangelize the product vision to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of the product roadmap and vision. Some telecommuting is permitted.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in an IT/consultant-related occupation. Some telecommuting is permitted.

Skill Requirements: Position requires at least 4 years of experience in each of the following skills:

  • Deep domain expertise in enterprise Customer Success including best practices to drive value empowering product experiences to support industry-leading Subscription Management, Renewals Management, Customer Planning, Feed-back Management, Performance, and Close Loop Enablement
  • Utilize expertise in Product Management Tools like JIRA, Confluence, AhA, Product Board, Gliffy, Lucidchart & Visio to develop product artifacts, manage product backlog and product experience designs.
  • Utilize domain expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, B2B Commerce, B2C Commerce, Einstein, CPQ, Community, Field Service Lightning and Financial Services Cloud to develop effective solutions for business problems and advice on correct Salesforce feature stack to achieve required business goals.
  • Utilize CRM Domain & Salesforce technical expertise to provide strategic direction around the continuous evolution of our Salesforce CRM Platform and where can it be used to meet business needs.
  • Use knowledge in Business Analysis, Design, SCRUM, Product Management and stakeholder management of cross functional entities to develop intricate computer software application systems.

Position also requires at least 1 year of experience in each of the following skills:

  • Utilize Customer Success Domain & CRM (Salesforce) expertise to define strategy for the Customer Feedback Management product group meeting company goals.
  • Utilize expertise in enterprise tools like Qualtrics Engage, Discover, Adobe Experience Manager, xFlow, Experience Directory, Snowflake, Machine Learning, Social Connect & Artificial Intelligence to build a market leading customer feedback management system/platform.

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $163,118 - $185,000/year. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
