Responsibilities: Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, and standards are met. Manage a team of Salesforce Administrators. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Maintain and administer the ACS Salesforce database to ensure proper controls and permissions are in place. Work with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate these into ACS Salesforce platform features. Create and maintain fields, views and other salesforce.com objects and functions. Design and create the underlying data structure and data flows to support Salesforce applications and integrations. Serve as ACS Salesforce subject matter expert and maintain alignment with Salesforce best practices. Create and maintain documentation regarding customizations and implementations in the ACS Salesforce environment. Some telecommuting is permitted.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a computer analyst-related occupation. Some telecommuting is permitted.
Special Requirements: Position requires each of the following certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
Position requires at least 2 years of experience in each of the following skills:
- Utilize knowledge of Atlassian/JIRA to design technical solutions and implement plans to meet requirements by managing and assigning tasks;
- Utilize knowledge of Salesforce's Lightning App Builder to build apps for different business units like BDR's (Business Development Representatives);
- Utilize knowledge of Connected apps to integrate Salesforce with systems like Syncari and AWS;
- Utilize knowledge of Salesforce Object Manager to create and update objects and fields, and set up Validation rules;
- Utilize knowledge of SOQL to create and execute queries to get data for uploads, and delete via data loader and workbench;
- Utilize knowledge of Salesforce flows to automate functionalities like creating an opportunity from the Partner Portal;
- Utilize knowledge of agile/scrum methodology to Manage sprints, Backlog and Releases.

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $142,093 - $216,000/year. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
