We are looking for a top Territory Sales Manager to join Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) team and work with our Sales teams and clients in EMEA to find value in leveraging the Autodesk Construction Cloud.

This role will lead a team of highly-skilled Account Executives covering specific countries in this geo in a fast paced and exciting industry! This role will report to the Senior Mgr of EMEA Territory Sales for ACS who will provide GEO leadership and overall strategy for the Territory based accounts across the region.

This role will be the go-to resource and expert on their specific geo as we look to build relationships with net-new business and expand our existing account base across EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train and lead a team of Territory Sales Account Executives (quota-carrying sales reps) in your region
  • Work with your team to qualify opportunities -- from initial pilot engagements to large enterprise deals and lead them across the finish line
  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position our range of solutions
  • Guide your team in identifying white space in current accounts that have one Autodesk Construction Cloud product in order to position and sell the rest of our product portfolio
  • Help your team manage and qualify leads and pipeline and own accurate and timely forecasting
  • Ensure CRM tools and ACS methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunities
  • Provide guidance and help coordinate your team's efforts with Business Development Reps, Product Specialists and TSEs

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales management experience OR close mentorship by top SaaS sales management with a proven, documented path to management
  • Results-driven with consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals in an enterprise sales mode
  • Unparalleled communication skills. You quickly establish rapport with people and establish value
  • Entrepreneurial and thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
  • Care about, and contribute to, a highly collaborative work environment
  • Construction or construction technology experience/familiarity is a plus, but not required
  • Travel is expected, but Managers are trusted to manage their schedules appropriately based on territory and accounts
  • Multi lingual skills to business level not mandatory but beneficial
