Position Overview:

As the Leadership Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing a portfolio of for enterprise-wide leadership development programs, including both manager development and senior leader development, that enable leader effectiveness, prepare talent pipelines, and align with the enterprise-wide talent development strategy.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Leadership Development. You will lead and participate in matrixed, cross-functional teams in coordinating and delivering high-impact, scalable, global development programs that meet business objectives and embody our Culture Code. You will work closely with stakeholders within Learning & Talent Management, Human Resources, Culture, Diversity, and Belonging, and various business units to assess leadership development needs, design custom learning and deliver high-impact programs. You will also use your expertise in design, development, and delivery to align leadership learning content across different leadership levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and manage global manager development programs, including our new to role manager program, and drive improvements to heighten impact
  • Prioritize projects, programs, and experiences based on strategic priorities, driving program advocacy and adoption locally and globally
  • Design and facilitate key program events including cohort kick-offs and closing sessions
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness and success of training programs, ensuring they align with business goals
  • Serve as a point of contact for program participants and mentors, triaging questions, providing resources, and advising on best practices
  • Facilitate recurring team meetings, ensuring all team members are up to date and aligned on roles and responsibilities, project timelines and milestones, and current and new action items
  • Utilize synchronous and asynchronous communication tools (Slack, SharePoint, Zoom, etc) to coordinate with Leadership Development Team, program participants, organizational leadership, and other stakeholders
  • Draft and send program communications to participants, mentors, vendors, and other partners
  • Develop and deploy strategies to improve program advertisement and registration on a global scale
  • Stay current on the latest training trends and integrate best practices into new Learning and Development processes
  • Manage relationships with existing training vendors and monitor the market for new relevant players
  • Provide consultation to critical stakeholders within HR and business on a broad range of learning and development topics
  • Develop program budget, project and report program revenue
  • Represent the Leadership Development team locally in Bangalore

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the design, development, and delivery of manager and leadership development programs with digital components and live instruction
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
  • Experience with cohort-based development programs
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory, leadership competency development, program design, curriculum design principles, instructional design (in-person, virtual, and on-demand formats), and evaluation methodology/practice
  • Knowledge of instructional design and experience with a wide range of learning modalities, including micro-learning and learning in the flow of work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills; strong facilitation skills
  • Knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in adult learning and leadership development
  • Experience managing training budgets and vendor relationships
