Position Overview
We are now looking for motivated undergraduates for our summer 2025 internship programme.

During your 3 months internship with us we will ensure that you are challenged and given every opportunity to work on all aspects of the software development process whilst growing your engineering and domain experience by providing support, mentorship, guidance, autonomy and responsibility to you.

As part of one of the fastest-growing companies in the CAD/CAM industry, you will work with a team of Geometry Modelling domain experts in an environment that is both challenging and rewarding. You will play an important role in the definition and development of main technologies that make up Autodesk's manufacturing and construction products. The Tech Stack that we use is BREP modelling, mesh modelling, JavaScript, C++ 17, Node, Docker, Python, AWS, Artifactory, CMake, Jenkins, Ansible.

Responsibilities

  • Prototype, implement, and maintain production cloud services and desktop software components
  • Collaborate with teams of experienced engineers to design, plan, develop, refactor, test, deliver and maintain complex features within cloud-based, web and desktop components
  • Be Agile and using LEAN methodology as an active member of a scrum team
  • Gain knowledge of the commercial development processes used at Autodesk

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as an active student in an academic degree course
  • Predicted First or upper-second class degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related technical field
