Position Overview
Autodesk has closed over 160 acquisitions and strategic investments in the past decade, making Autodesk one of the top technology acquirers in the world. As the Integrations Manager for Platform M&A Integrations at Autodesk, you'll help manage the post-acquisition integration process, ensuring that each acquisition becomes part of the Autodesk platform.
You will mature our processes for each integration, manage the ongoing work to build the integration of all deals post-close working across teams. Your operational expertise will be crucial as you oversee the integration from the closing of the deal through to the full integration creating and improving standard process over time. Your work will ensure that we realize the full value of each acquisition, aligning with Autodesk's strategic goals and enhancing our platform's capabilities.

You will be exposed to many areas of the Autodesk business working across all areas of the organization and contribute to Autodesk's platform transformation. Your strategic oversight and management skills will directly affect Autodesk's growth in integrating acquired companies.
You will report to the Director, Platform M&A Integrations in PSET. You can be located in the West Coast United States close to one of our office locations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate teams to ensure successful integration of new acquisitions into Autodesk's ecosystem, realizing the deal value drivers
- Develop and implement integration plans, outlining both short-term and long-term strategies
- You will coordinate between acquired companies and our teams, ensuring understanding of objectives
- Will monitor and report on the progress of integration efforts, identifying any issues and implementing corrective actions
- Will with support from leadership, develop migration strategies to address common integration challenges
- You will use data analytics to measure integration success and inform decision-making
- You will work with the M&A team during due diligence to understand upcoming integration challenges and opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
- You have 5+ years of experience in program or operations management, with a specific focus on technology integration projects
- You have implemented successful integration strategies or managing complex dependencies to deliver project results in a global company

- You have demonstrated ability building repeatable process increasing operational over time
- You present concise plans, status updates, risks, and dependencies for stakeholders
- You have demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a history of guiding teams towards goals and managing to timelines

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $129,900 and $210,100. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
