Position Overview

We are looking for an individual contributor who is enthusiastic about independently driving and managing global programs for several high-profile Autodesk programs. This includes the the specializations evolution, industry & next gen programs & go-to-market programs.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager Global Channel Design, as part of this role, you will collaborate with and influence a diverse range of stakeholders across a variety of departments. You take a design concept and determine how to implement it, considering the most effective way to implement, prepare and support regions worldwide throughout the rollout and ongoing management. Your role is versatile, requiring review of program effectiveness, the detailed design of new initiatives, project management, communications, and governance process.

Responsibilities

  • Overarching accountability, end-to-end management of concurrently running programs that vary in size and scope
  • You willl work closely with cross functional stakeholders, centers of excellence, geo and regional leads for input, socialization, and deployment
  • Monitor program effectiveness ongoing to simplify, refine and evolve
  • You will regularly and reliably communicate project progress to stakeholders within and outside of the program teams
  • Facilitate the design and build process by preparing materials as needed to support the annual changes. Support the geo/regions in planning rollout and run activities. Prepare in-year changes as they come
  • You are an individual contributor but as a program lead you are a team player with a passion to connect everyone and everything
  • Given the impact and rollout scope certain programs may have, it is essential that timelines are kept and formal processes for projects are applied
  • You are part of a team that is spread globally. You will participate in WW calls that may take place early mornings or late evenings
  • You will influence across functions, geographies and levels, and the ability to work with various departments and teams to drive alignment and collaboration
  • You will need to be strategic, creative and comfortable challenging ideas
  • You will be a remote position with possible travel (up to 10%)

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-7 years in multi-geographical or global program management roles
  • BA/BS

Responsabilités

  • Responsabilité globale, gestion de bout en bout de programmes simultanés dont la taille et la portée varient
  • Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes interfonctionnelles, les centres d'excellence, les responsables géographiques et régionaux pour l'apport, la socialisation et le déploiement
  • Contrôler en permanence l'efficacité du programme afin de le simplifier, de l'affiner et de le faire évoluer
  • Vous communiquerez régulièrement et de manière fiable l'état d'avancement du projet aux parties prenantes au sein et en dehors des équipes du programme
  • Faciliter le processus de conception et de construction en préparant les documents nécessaires pour soutenir les changements annuels. Soutenir les régions géographiques dans la planification des activités de déploiement et d'exécution. Préparer les changements en cours d'année au fur et à mesure qu'ils se présentent
  • Vous êtes un contributeur individuel, mais en tant que chef de programme, vous êtes un joueur d'équipe avec une passion pour connecter tout le monde et tout ce qui existe
  • Compte tenu de l'impact et de la portée du déploiement de certains programmes, il est essentiel que les délais soient respectés et que les processus formels des projets soient appliqués
  • Vous faites partie d'une équipe répartie dans le monde entier. Vous participerez à des réunions de travail qui peuvent avoir lieu tôt le matin ou tard le soir

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $114,700 and $185,570. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
