Position Overview

Are you an experienced technical marketer with experience with sustainability? Do you get excited by the idea of applying digital technologies to help solve the world's greatest challenges? If so, this position could be for you. We're looking for someone to join our dynamic team to help our customers promote positive impact using Autodesk solutions.

As the Impact Marketing Manager, Industry, you will lead, enable and consult on marketing activities that drive adoption of Autodesk solutions that enable sustainable outcomes for our Architecture, Engineering and Construction customers. Your responsibilities will include a combination of developing and influencing marketing strategies, developing content, managing execution, and helping marketers across Autodesk to lead with impact in their work.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Industry Impact Marketing. You will be remote or hybrid, preferably close to a notable US Autodesk office.

Responsibilities

  • Be an industry sustainability subject matter expert with a solid understanding of the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industries
  • Partner with strategic collaborators from our worldwide marketing team, sustainability solutions, and sustainability sales enablement teams to design marketing strategies that drive adoption sustainability solutions (both in market and new to market)
  • Partner with the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry marketing teams to advise on thought leadership, product, and audience-centric marketing activities that inspire our customers to drive positive impact
  • Help develop and maintain industry, product and thought leadership positioning and messaging
  • Support industry-focused impact storytelling by seeking out, writing and publishing stories that highlight how customers use Autodesk technology to achieve sustainable outcomes
  • Oversee the creative production of campaign assets, serving as a subject matter expert to ensure content accuracy and relevance
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration to lead with Impact at important customer events

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least four years' experience in B2B marketing, technology marketing, sustainability marketing, or content marketing ideally with a focus on Architecture, Engineering, Construction.
  • Demonstrated marketing experience - from strategy to execution - working within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industries.
  • An understanding of sustainability issues and are excited to sit at the intersection of technology, design, sustainability and social impact.
  • Experience working collaboratively as a subject matter expert.
  • The ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $87,400 and $150,810. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
