Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a talented individual to strengthen our Denver-based Named Account Renewals team.
As a Named Accounts Inside Sales Renewal Representative you will navigate through complex situations, improve subscription and cloud renewals within Autodesk's largest customer accounts.
Our customers are transforming the world with their innovative designs, and we are seeking a team player who can support them in their journey.
Reporting to the Named Account Sales Manager, you will operate in a hybrid working environment.

- Oversee all renewal processes in designated accounts, including discovery, quoting, processing, and deployment
- Document all customer interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.com
- Submit weekly forecasts to leadership and maintain consistent forecast accuracy
- Establish relationships with customers (IT, procurement, etc.), resellers through regular outbound calls and meetings
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to build a shared strategy
- Adapt to changes, comprehend customer requirements, and recommend suitable subscription solutions (co-terming, multi-years, etc.)
- Drive subscriptions revenue growth by upselling and cross selling
- Support Named Accounts customers transitioning successfully to Autodesk's New Buying Experience
- Provide insights from customer calls during weekly and quarterly account planning sessions with Autodesk's Named Account Executives
- Understand complex ideas to promote strategic initiatives and encourage the use of the consumption model
- Foster cooperative relationships within sales and sales support and Autodesk resellers to enhance the customer experience
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of success in a sales, renewal sales, or sales support role
- Strong work ethic and global perspective
- Proficient computer skills including, Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in SaaS, Renewals, or Customer Success

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $70,300 and $101,750. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries and/or OTE for sales roles, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
