Position Overview
Join us as a Digital Experience Operations Senior Manager to transform and elevate the support experience for Autodesk's global workforce. This role oversees our Service Desk function and end-user technologies, removing friction for our end users while enhancing service quality across our operations. We're looking for a dedicated IT Operations Leader to foster an inclusive, high-performing environment where technology meets people, empowering our global teams and ensuring top-tier support.

- Service Management: Lead end-to-end service operations, crafting policies that reflect the needs of diverse users while enhancing efficiency
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a global team, nurturing a culture of support and growth
- Strategic Improvements: Drive forward-thinking process improvements, optimizing workflows through automation and collaborative problem-solving
- Customer-Centric Focus: Prioritize user satisfaction and handle escalations with a solution-oriented approach
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in IT management, overseeing diverse teams of 50+ members globally
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of OS (Windows/Mac), software applications, and network protocols
- Leadership Skills: A proven ability to inspire, mentor, and lead teams, with exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Certifications: ITIL, PMP, or related certifications are a plus

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $149,600 and $242,000. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
