Position Overview

Join our team to guide digital ecommerce performance, product awareness and personalized self-service journeys within Autodesk's growing digital business. As a Digital eCommerce Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our digital transformation, and build trust and long-term loyalty across the digital journey for our customers. You'll holistically drive and improve best-in-class relevant and measurable experiences for our current and future customers across multiple customer segments and personas. Collaborating globally, you'll play a pivotal role in spearheading our best-in-class customer experiences across digital touchpoints and identifying optimization opportunities. As a data-driven marketer and business strategist, you will focus on improving the customer experience through our digital platform and directly impacting our financial targets.

This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Digital eCommerce and the position is hybrid/remote

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams and across multiple listening posts to synthesize the top customer pain points to address across all customer sizes and personas
  • Drive strategy and roadmap planning for digital customer experiences across multiple products, journeys and personas that boost website engagement and drive growth
  • Manage the site experience, conversion funnel, and corresponding goals, leveraging on-site behavior and analytics to achieve business targets
  • Create and phase innovative programs, pilots, and tests to meet financial targets and customer experience goals
  • Collaborate with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to refine content and positioning, and lead awareness and adoption of customer experiences
  • Drive new capabilities in the form of site personalization and audience segmentation to enhance the customer journey, ensuring a positive and engaging site experience
  • Partner with brand and product marketing teams to merchandise campaigns and content
  • Develop data-driven prioritization and impactful market requirements to justify investments across multiple product managers and platform teams and secure executive sponsorship where needed
  • Provide implementation oversight across teams
  • Produce reports, use cases and presentations for stakeholders and leadership and serve as an expert in digital platform customer experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in digital, product management, business strategy or product marketing (preferably in B2B or SaaS companies)
  • Experienced in navigating highly matrixed organizations and working with global teams
  • Customer-obsessed strategist with visionary mindset, who frequently questions the status quo
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at influencing within a matrixed organization
  • Proven stakeholder management, project management, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, familiarity with collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Asana, Mural, Figma, etc.
  • Experience in global teams and/or the technology industry
  • This job is a hybrid or remote role with some location flexibility for the right candidate

  • Advanced expert role, requiring deep subject-matter knowledge and sound business acumen to advise leaders

  • Incumbents translate specialized subject-matter requirements into business needs/requirements
  • Require depth of specialized expertise to interpret internal/external business issues and recommend best practices to address them
  • Solve complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors by taking a broad perspective to identify the best approach and innovative solutions
  • Work independently, with close guidance in only the most complex or unusual situations
  • Adapt communication style to persuade various stakeholders across the business and frequently interact with senior leaders to provide advice and SME
  • May lead functional teams or programs within own function (or closely related functions)

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $107,700 and $174,240. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
