Poisiton Overview
Autodesk is looking for a Business Strategy Manager on our AutoCAD Strategy team. You will play a key role in enabling AutoCAD's business growth through defining a multi-year strategy and driving the strategic initiatives that are aligned to that vision.
Reponsibilities
- You will have proven experience in strategic problem solving, analytical, and strong business acumen to maintain an in-depth understanding of our customers, competitive landscape, industry trends, market opportunities and related technologies
- You will collaborate closely and influence multiple stakeholders across the company including product management, finance, sales and marketing to connect strategy to execution, ensuring continued preference and demand for AutoCAD
- The right candidate will have a proven track record of solving business problems and leading strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, cross-functional and global environment
- Ability to thrive in a complex and ambiguous environment that requires a very high level of proactiveness and a go-getter attitude. Must be a self-starter
- Deliver high quality deliverables such as quarterly business reviews, strategic planning, customer briefings, competitive analysis, and other key deliverables to an Executive level audience
- Able to analyze lots of data, uncover insights, and tell a succinct, compelling data-driven story. Must be able to synthesize and distill complex topics for C-staff audience

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of working experience in strategy, management consulting or investment banking; MBA preferred
- Proven analytical skills including Expert level in PowerPoint and Excel (Tableau and other data analytics a plus) - expert analytical skills a MUST
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to work effectively cross-functionally across the world
- Experience working at high tech or SaaS companies a plus
- Background or knowledge of AEC industry a plus
- Project management / multi-tasking skills across different projects and priorities
- Experience working in a matrixed organization a plus

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $148,200 and $239,800. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
