The Fusion Account Based Sales Representative is responsible for creating and managing new and expansion Fusion Platform business in Autodesk's Design and Manufacturing Strategic & Territory Account list to meet and exceed financial and business objectives. This job is assigned a sales quota and performance is measured by meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual targets within a defined list of accounts.

This position reports to the regional Fusion Sales Manager and will collaborate closely with our D&M Strategic & Territory Account Team and their ecosystem of customer success specialists, partners, technical sales, client services, and account-based marketeers, to drive growth within their assigned accounts through new, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

As the primary Fusion Account Based Sales Representative in your territory, you will lead customers through their buying process, leveraging technical sales reps and tech marketing content to demonstrate how Fusion & Extensions can address business challenges you have discovered in the customers' design, manufacturing, and production processes.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new and expansion Fusion Business within your assigned Accounts through strategic outbound prospecting and driving high impact/value-based sales opportunities
  • Be measured by Closed Won Sales, opportunities created and discovery calls held
  • Manage a pipeline of Fusion Opportunities from creation to close
  • Utilize Technical Reps to grow deal size or advance purchasing decisions within opportunities
  • Communicate Autodesk's vision with the Fusion Industry Platform
  • Achieve quarterly quotas towards yearly goals
  • Respond well to on-the-job coaching, self-learning and replicating best practice
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with Autodesk's Strategic and Territory sales teams, channel partners, technical sales, customer success, and Account based marketeers to develop and execute on account plans

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of sales experience (Business Development, Account Executive)
  • Over-the-phone, Zoom/Team Qualification, Discovery and Closing skills
  • Experience with Salesforce (or comparable CRM), prospecting tools, Zoom and VoIP
  • Fluent English and German Language

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturing Business Industry Knowledge is desirable but not required
  • SaaS experience is a plus
