As the Sr. Privacy Program manager in GRC organization, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products, cloud services and applications are designed, developed, and deployed with strong privacy and security controls. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the implementation of privacy-by-design principles.

This role requires a strong understanding of privacy regulations, security best practices, and industry frameworks, including ISO/IEC 27701 (Privacy Information Management) and ISO/IEC 27018 (Protection of Personally Identifiable Information in Public Cloud Environments).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and improve data privacy policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure the ongoing improvement, maintenance of privacy
- Develop, implement, measure and improve all data privacy measures & controls that are in place within the company.
- Embed privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs) such as encryption, anonymization, tokenization, and federated learning into product architectures.
- Leverage data analytics and automation to monitor privacy compliance, detect anomalies, and optimize privacy controls.
- Implement privacy-preserving data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 27701, ISO/IEC 27018, GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations.
- Develop privacy-preserving AI models that minimize data exposure while maintaining functionality and security.
- Work with engineering, legal, and compliance teams to create and enforce privacy and security policies, standards, and technical guidelines.
- Design and maintain data flow diagrams (DFDs), privacy-preserving data pipelines, and structured metadata frameworks.
- Drive cloud security and privacy initiatives, ensuring secure data processing in AWS, Azure, and GCP while adhering to ISO 27018 requirements.
- Conduct privacy-focused security code reviews and collaborate with developers to automate privacy controls.
- Lead privacy training programs and drive privacy by design culture.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in privacy, product security, GRC or cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 27701, ISO/IEC 27018, GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy regulations.
- Experience with data analytics, AI/ML-driven security insights, and automation tools for privacy management.
- Proficiency in cloud security, privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs), and secure data processing frameworks.
